Our U14s Girls and Coaches were at Perth College for a Futsal session with Mark Potter from PKYFA. As always, the Girls were fantastic and gave this format of the beautiful game their approval. Great to see Zosia from our younger team also take part. Many thanks to Mark for tonight's coaching and the selection boxes for the Girls.
A competitive, fast paced game to finish where players put into practice the new skills they had learned. Some quality finishing and questionable goalkeeping from Poodle and Jonathan on show.
Players, Parents and Coaches will now take a well earned break over Chrismas and New Year before preparing for the new season in February.
The 2024 season has been a real challenge - moving up to 11 aside and playing against older U14 teams, saying goodbye to Piper who moved away, Emma & Alba picking up long term injuries.
This group of Players and Coaches however are as resilient as any, remain committed as ever and are fantastic trailblazers for the Girls Pathway. A big thanks to the supportive Parents who have covered a ridiculous amount of miles.
