Fun4s

Sunday 8th Sep saw two teams entered for the PKYFA Fun4s Festival with Coaches Annette & Johnny. We've had a couple of new faces join in the last few weeks and it was great to welcome a couple more with  Alexandru and Jack joining us for the 1st time. After a quiet start, while everyone got to know each others names, both teams got stuck in with some great defending and well taken goals ⚽⚽. Both Coaches can't wait to see how this group grows and progresses over the next few weeks.

 Super 5s

This week we had 8 keen boys & also welcomed a new player Mukundi who made a great start, working well with the team & finding the net. There was plenty squad rotation over the 3 matches against evenly matched opposition. The boys all played some great football with neat passing & link up play to produce some cracking goals. Player of the Week was Callum for his defending and attitude on the pitch.

Crieff Maroons vs BSYFC 2015

A bit of a slow start to Sunday's match against Crieff Juniors FootballClub with the mist lingering at Strathearn Campus but a lively last 10 minutes saw some lovely goals which brightened up the finish to the morning ! Well done to Leo for Player of the Week ?. "He  worked hard both at training during the week and on the pitch today" said Coach Tyler.

BSYFC 2014 v Letham Real

Our U11s hosted Letham Community Sports Club - Letham FC on a glorious warm day at Pitlochry Recreation ground. Another small squad due to illness and injuries so a hard shift required but the team rose to the occasion and worked tirelessly for each other. Some neat passing, clever movement and good finishing. Arran, who was loaned from the 2015s at last minute to help the team, slotted into the side effortlessly. Ethan, Lewis, Lachlan, Liam and Arran today all got their names on the score sheet ⚽⚽. A solid team good performance with Player of the Week going to Jakob who worked up and down the park, had assists for his teammates to create goals and showed some silky skills out on the wing. Good luck to Letham Real for the rest of season. The 2014s hit the road to Blairgowrie next week.

Auchterarder vs BSYFC 2013

Early Start in Auchterarder for the U12s team where they had to adapt to an interesting shorter and wider pitch layout. Coach Matthijs praised the overall effort and passing. Max playing as striker did really well, and his persistency of wanting the ball, earned him the Player of the Week.  The lack of depth to the pitch made it difficult for any balls in behind but the team still managed to produce some great goals from both sides, especially the free kick from Nathan which was beautifully headed home by Caden. The Defence were great again led by Matthew, backed up by Paul and  Kacper. Goal scorers were Nestor, Nathan, Caden and Wilf. Thanks to Auchterarder for hosting.

Finally, Michelle (Ethan 2014s & Jaiden 2010s Mum) and pal Amy will be completing a Skydive to raise funds for Young Lives v Cancer as well as the Royal School of Dunkeld on 23rd Sep after the initial jump was postponed due to weather conditions. You can donate via
